We just hate seeing potential wasted. And we love helping teams bring on the creativity of diverse points of view—including different thinking styles and different experience sets. We need everything we can get from the Seniors, the Boomers, the GenXers and the GenYers to creatively green up, innovate, take care of one another, manage our businesses and restore our economy. Founder Susan Berg is a long-time volunteer with the YMCA. Those core values have seeped into our work at Choose on Purpose:

Respect—we live by that. All work is noble, all people have great potential—respect knows no boundaries of age, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or education level.
Responsibility is a two way street—we are responsible to you by bringing the latest research, our insights and knowledge about managing transitions. And you are responsible for yourself—only you can launch the next phase of your life, we simply bring the tools to you get there faster and with a dash more fun.
Honesty—well, feedback can be tough to take sometimes, but we really do believe that what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. So, if you can take it, we can dish it out. And if you can dish it out, we can take it.
Caring—this interconnected thing is more apparent than ever, as we learn how much we’re all in this together. As my favorite author Joseph Campbell said, “Don’t bother about saving the world, save yourself. Because when you save yourself, you save the world.” That sums it up for us—when you match your passions and your skills with what the world needs, then we’re all growing and creating. And we care a lot about that.
